All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, launches, festivals), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • India: 5–9 business days

  • International: 10–18 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasional free shipping offers may be available during promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by FlexWear.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
FlexWear is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at flexwear.club@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos (if applicable), and we’ll assist you promptly.
